Updates, drabbles, etc

Just to make sure... I posted this on aulu a few days ago but not here:

Resurrection iii: Barriers

NC-17 smut : Healthy Appetite

Also, I just joined ffsaffic and dropped a little wimpy ficlet there to introduce myself. When I played FFX, Aulu was the first thing that came to mind, but I had a few stray impulses that perhaps Yuna and Lulu would get together after all the pain they'd gone through, and finally find some happiness together. They certainly understand each other and love each other very much, and the bond between them reminds me a little of myself and the brilliant young lady I loved and guided until she (rapidly) grew much wiser and stronger than me. On the other hand, enduring friendship of the platonic variety is a noble and lovely bond that ought to be celebrated in its own right.

My headspace is almost entirely set on Auron and Lulu at the moment, so I'm not in the mood to write much else. However, one of the things I enjoyed most about X-2 was the yuri undertones. Not so much the main characters, though it's easy enough to interpret them as a happy little trio, but if Lucil isn't sleeping with her starry-eyed second in command, I'm a newt.

I wonder how many weeks my wireless card has been piggybacking off of someone else's cablemodem in the apartment complex.

People, if you set up a wireless network, USE PASSWORDS. Mac laptops are like remoras, they'll stick to anything that's fast-moving.

Drabble: Debating Aeons

Random little drabble.

Title: Idle Choices
Rating: G
Pairing: Auron/Lulu

"Which Aeon would be yours?" Lulu tapped a finger against Auron's temple.

"Excuse me?"

"The Aeons," she repeated thoughtfully. "Were you a Summoner, upon whom would you be most likely to call?"

He almost did not answer her: idle questions were just that."Valefor." he said finally.

Lulu made a surprised sound in her chest. "Really? She's awfully sweet-tempered for you, I should think."

"Personality is irrelevant. She covers the sky, leaving me to cover the ground." He shrugged dismissively. "So, which of them would you invoke?"

"Shiva." The sorceress smiled dangerously.

Auron snorted, pressing a kiss against her forehead. "Rendundant."
